Your Neighborhood Realty is acting as a licensed real estate brokerage representing the owner/landlord of all properties we manage.

In this agency relationship, Your Neighborhood Realty serves as the agent for the owner, and our primary fiduciary duties are owed to the landlord. As a prospective or current tenant, you are considered a customer, not a client, in this transaction. While we are committed to treating all parties honestly and fairly, please be aware that we do not represent you as a client in this rental agreement.
