The upgraded heating system will keep you comfy in cold weather. Open your new windows and enjoy the mountain air or turn on your ceiling fan. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination with tile surround and a vanity for storage. All the walls are knotty pine and white wood plank for that "cozy mountain feel". There is a place for one car that is right in front of the unit. Woodland Park or Colorado Springs are just short commutes. Our tenants say it is an easy walk to the Lake, the Post Office and Restaurants of Green Mountain Falls. As a bonus we currently include Cable TV. This is very quiet complex with great neighbors.
